Apart from this, people who have negative thinking about life are more afraid of going into a depression like they think I will not succeed, so it cannot work or there is always a fear of something untoward in many minds. It keeps them in danger of going into depression. Also, there are some health problems due to which a person can go into depression, such as thyroid, vitamin D deficiency etc.

Sadness or isolation:

If a person is depressed, then he does not feel like doing any thing or thing. However, general sadness is quite different from depressed sadness. Depressed person lost interest in everything, he does not feel pleasure or sorrow. He remains lost in his own world.

Negative attitude:

Negativity dominates such a person far from positive thinking. He does not see anything from a positive perspective.

Physical instability

There is also a truth related to depression that it can happen without any special reason, which slowly makes the house. Research shows that there may be genetic reasons behind this.

There are different levels of depression which are as follows:

Major Depression:

Major Depression is the most common form of Depression. If a person is in Major Depression, then he realizes thoughts like extreme grief, frustration, lack of energy, irritability, lack of attention to work, changes in sleep and eating habits, physical pain and suicide. The doctor should show these symptoms for at least more than 2 weeks for a thorough examination.

In some cases, the person feels a mild depression of Major Depression and then his condition improves for life.

It is less severe than Major Depression , but there is a danger in it. Dysthymia is this type of depression in which a person suffers from low mood or poor mental state for a long time. This condition can occur for a year or more than this. In this depletion, there is better talk therapy than medication.
Bipolar disorder:
Bipolar disorder, also known as manic depression, causes excessive mood swings from which emotional fluctuations (mania or hypomania) are seen. When a person is depressed, he feels sad or frustrated and loses interest in any activity. But when his mood shifts to another direction, then he appears full of energy and joyful. Changing this kind of mood can often be seen once or twice a year or even several times a week.
Postpartum Depression:
The birth of an infant is a mixture of an ocean of extreme emotions within the woman, which includes excitement and happiness as well as fear and depression. The mixed result of all this can also be that which she never thinks about and that is depression. Many new mothers experience postpartum baby blues after the birth of their baby, which usually includes mood swings, sudden crying, irritability, and sleep problems. Baby blues usually begin within 2 or 3 days of delivery, lasting about 2 weeks. But some new mothers experience severe depression even longer than this which is called postpartum depression psychosis.
