The testis is a sac found in men. There are two testicles inside the scrotum. The testicles produce millions of tiny sperm cells and protect them. Apart from this, they also produce testosterone hormone, a hormone that causes sperm in men. Also testosteron is essential for muscles and hair. It is also called masculine hormone.
Causes of Testicular Pain
As we discussed earlier that there are many reasons for pain in the testicles, let’s know about them in detail-
Injuries-
The testicles are very sensitive, and can easily damage them. If there is a slight pressure on it, then it can cause pain. Chronic injury can also cause pain later.
Inguinal hernia-
It is also known as groin hernia. In this, some part of small intestine comes into your testicles and causes pain and swelling. This hernia is often caused by heavy lifting.
Torsion –
In this case the spermatic is twisted. Due to which the blood flow to the testicles is obstructed. It causes very intense pain. If it is not treated in time, then the testicle can be spoiled forever.
The problem of epididymitis –
epididymis is like a tube that is located on the back side of both your testicles. In this, there is burning sensation in the epididymis and swelling also starts. There can be many reasons for burning sensation in epididymis such as injury, bacterial infection, sex-transmitted infection which we have STD. Know by name Epididermitis is mostly found in men between 18 and 36 years old.
Orchitis-
In this disease, there is a burning sensation in your testicles, which is due to bacterial or viral infection. This burning sensation occurs in one or both testicles and there is swelling and pain in the testicles. And it is mostly seen in men 45 or older.
Other diseases-
Many other diseases are also responsible for pain in the male’s testicles. Diabetic nephropathy can also damage the testicular veins. It also causes major pain. Apart from this, sexually transmitted diseases like Chlamydia are also responsible for pain in the testicles.

Epididermitis-

Konayam –
Due to the accumulation of blood in the testicles, blood pressure decreases and the area feels less sensitivity. Due to this, either there is occasional swelling here.

Orchitis-
