Set appropriate goals and follow them: You can practice building mental strength to set meaningful goals and accomplish them step by step. To move from one step to the next you have to exert yourself, work in boredom or pain, and you need to stick to it until you get it. This is why no achievement is easy, and the more you practice, the better you will achieve your goals.
- If you have big goals that seem unattainable, break them down into smaller goals. If you want to work on becoming more receptive, for example, you can set a goal to talk to yourself three times per week.
