So don’t just work from home “Workout from home” Shield Workout from Home Day 1 Ascending Ladder Workout (1-10) 5 Exercises to be performed in a Circuit. Beginner Level 1. Squat 2. Knee Push ups 3. Glute Bridges 4. Supine Knee Tucks 5. Knee Plank with Shoulder Taps Advanced Level 1. Jump Squats 2. Push Ups 3. Glute Bridges 4. Supine Knee Tucks 5. High Plank With Shoulder Taps Perform the above circuit with Minimum Rest or No Rest. Do 1rep , then 2 reps, then 3 reps and so on till you finish 10 reps. Note down the Time for the entire Workout.
