This is a very simple diet plan in which you have to choose some vegetables that are found around you.

Diet plan for healthy body-

1. Tomato

       Lycopene is found in tomato due to which its color is reddish red. Tomato brings tightness to our skin so that there is no wrinkling on the skin. In daily diet, if you use one or two tomatoes or tomato sauce in your food, then your skin always remains soft. Tightens the skin and protects the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. So include tomatoes in your meal today.

2. Spinach

       As much as green leafy vegetables are very beneficial for our health. Green leafy vegetables and spinach contain a lot of iron which increases the hemoglobin and prevents anemia disease.
Spinach also helps in curing diseases and wrinkles in our eyes along with our growing age. You can include spinach in any form in your diet plan.

3. Curd 

        Calcium is found in yogurt if you eat a bowl of yogurt every day, then it is your calcium intake. Along with this, vitamin D is also found in yogurt, which is very important for our bones. The calcium and vitamin D present in yogurt makes our bones strong. And we do not even have the risk of osteoporosis by eating yogurt.

4. Dry fruits

Do not do this in a balanced diet

1. Meat

Obesity increases wrinkles on the face by consuming other foods with more meat and stomach. So stay away from meat and other foods with stomach.
Full fat dairy products, processed meat, ghee, oil should also be kept away from these things.

  2. Sugar

By taking more sugar in the diet plan, I not only increase your weight but also increases wrinkles on the face.
