Raat Ko Shukranu Ka Leakage Kaise Roke
Nightfall or nocturnal emission is a common problem among men. It affects men of all ages, however, men between the ages of 18 and 30 are the most affected. In Ayurveda, dreaming, also called dreaming, refers to involuntary ejaculation at night or in the morning. This secretion of semen during sleep is usually responsible for the hormonal changes that occur in the body. With the onset of puberty, hormonal changes with sexual desire stimulate arousal and can occur at night.
In addition to hormonal changes, masturbation is considered another cause of nighttime seizures. Watching pornography and especially engaging in the sexual chat at night can contribute to the problem. Common and erotic dreams in the teenage age usually lead to nighttime problems.
Nightfall is generally considered harmless and is treated when the hormonal balance is restored. However, many of its symptoms and consequences need attention. Symptoms requiring therapy include pain in the testicle, gastric complaints, indigestion, fatigue, and lack of concentration. Nightfall at an early age can also lead to underdeveloped sex.
The problem also has a major psychological and social impact. Men suffering from nightfall feel ashamed and worried about their situation which interferes with their normal social functioning including socializing and bonding. Thus, its treatment is usually a two-pronged approach to psychological and medical.
